What brands and types of parts do you offer? We provide a strategic mix of Genuine OEM components and High-Quality Aftermarket alternatives. Every product is clearly labeled on its specific page so you can choose the best solution for your budget and technical requirements.
What is the condition of the items? The majority of our inventory is New. However, we also offer a specific category of Used components. Used items are clearly marked in their product description and are sold strictly “As Is.”
Does every item come in its original factory box? Not necessarily. To ensure technical accuracy, our team manually inspects each component. Due to this verification process, some items may not include the original retail box or may arrive in neutral industrial packaging.

Which regions do you ship to? We ship to North America, Central America, South America, and Australia.
Which carriers do you use? We use UPS, USPS, and DHL to ensure reliable and trackable delivery for all industrial components.
Who pays for customs duties and taxes? All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place). The customer is responsible for all local import duties, VAT, and customs fees required by their country’s regulations.

Can I cancel my order? Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated or the order status is updated to “Shipped,” the order cannot be cancelled, and our Return Policy will apply.
Do you charge a restocking fee? Yes. Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover technical inspection and inventory processing.
Can I return a valve that has been installed? No. For safety and quality control, we strictly do not accept returns on items that show traces of hydraulic fluid, installation marks, or seal tampering.

Do you provide technical data sheets? Yes. If you need a specific drawing or technical data sheet before purchasing, please contact us at sales@hydrastockusa.com.
Can I get a formal quote for my company? Absolutely. For bulk orders or corporate procurement, please email your requirements to sales@hydrastockusa.com, and our team will provide a formal quotation.
