Refund and Return Policy

Return Window: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Technical Inspection: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and strictly without any traces of hydraulic fluid, installation marks, or seal tampering. All returns undergo a technical inspection upon arrival.

Restocking Fee: All returns of non-defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the inspection is completed.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and insurance. We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. Contact us at support@hydrastockusa.com for claims.
